Alphasoft Application Overview - Alphasoft Calendaring
Alphasoft has provided a number of downloadable calendar systems for large clients. These can be fixed at launch time, built dynamically by the user interaction via a simple customisable branded web-interface or through the Outlook Add-In installer . The rich text calendar items are inserted in the customer’s Outlook Calendar automatically by the Add-In.

They are also completely customisable and can generate their content dynamically based on templates. Using this architecture, calendar dates and templates can be updated via a hosted configuration file allowing dynamic changes to the calendar items. The tool will check the configuration after a preset time period and automatically update calendar items based on the new configuration.
