Advantages

From small companies to large groups and organisations Alphasoft personnel records database has been selected as a flexible yet robust part of a fully integrated systems solution. Most organisations employ people and it is of importance from both a management and statutory viewpoint to maintain accurate and informative employee records.
Options
The personnel database is an add on to Alphasoft Payroll. As well as holding information for current employees it may be used to store records for as long as is required not just the current payroll year. An events history is automatically maintained whenever someone joins, is absent, leaves or has a change of circumstances such as a promotion. An on screen, free form text memo feature may be maintained. Standard contracts and letters may be selectively sent using a mail-merge facility.
The numerous management analysis facilities are supplemented by a full user definable report writer. Alternatively data may be extracted for analysis by most major desktop PC packages.
