Support Services

Alphasoft also offers its clients support services. All aspects of a computer network, including servers (hardware and applications software), workstations, peripherals, LAN/Wan equipment and cabling are included. These all form part of the Alphasoft Support Service.

Alphasoft is also a Compaq reseller. Although we normally provide hardware, our service can be tailored to include existing hardware or software you may already have. We are able to migrate clients from other network systems.

We support our clients using a combination of telephone hot-line, modem remote connection for diagnostic facilities and site visits. Training is also provided, customised to suit customers exact needs.
