Alpha Micro Systems

Alphasoft is an authorised reseller of the Alpha Micro Computer range of business computers and operating systems. These business systems are aimed at specific market applications. Alphasoft is able to offer standard business software packages as well as customised software development for specialist applications.

Software Development

Alphasoft undertakes custom software development tasks for clients as well as producing packaged software products. We have extensive expertise in the development of database based products in RAD environments.

We target the 32 bit environment, utilising tools such as Visual Basic, .NET, SQL Server and ASP amongst others. We have also developed our own in-house tools to handle specific types of projects.

Some of the recent clients for this development work include; Union Bank of Switzerland, The Millennium Commission, Eurotunnel, Hamptons International, Hallmark Cards, Microsoft UK and Levis factory outlets. We have over 50 clients and have developed a variety of applications ranging from contact management systems to multi-user time and billing systems.

One recent project is a freight distribution package which is being developed for a consortium of computer business partners. Our software was selected as the consortium's core product and is targeted at freight companies nationwide.
